Aly
Aly is constantly trying to find her way. She isn't well organized but is always trying a new planner or journal in hopes of overcoming the ADHD chaos that lives in her head. Aly went to a few colleges but never graduated. To her, the pursuit of knowledge is more fun than committing to a degree. She's a crazy cat lady that would fill her house with all the kitties if her boyfriend would allow it.
Jenna
Jenna is the co-host with the most. She was diagnosed with ADHD during her second college degree. She is a devoted dog mom that currently works as a physical therapy assistant, dog border, and with a Doberman rescue. She loves giving unsolicited advice, going for a run, and staying busy. On a good evening, you can catch Jenna cuddled up on the couch with her husband, Erik, and her brood of dogs.
